Roles and Responsibilities
- Design machine learning systems
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
- Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
- Run machine learning tests and experiments
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
- Train and retrain systems when necessary
- Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
- Keep abreast of developments in the field

Requirements and skills
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
- Ability to write robust code in Python(Pandas, scikit learn or tensorflow) and R(dplyr, plotly)
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field
- Good to have AWS or GCP skillset or Docker

- Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving
- Working with team leads and trying to automate the tedious jobs for various processes
- Suggesting the new solutions to the team for better performance and productivity
- Working with the technical advisory and delivering on the goals of the company

Requirements and skills:
- Solid knowledge and experience of at least one of these languages in production applications: Scala, Java, or Python
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and other procedures/scripts
- Some experience with data pipelines
- Strong exposure to Tableau BI tools
- Good knowledge (including operational) of any big data technology like Spark, Databases, Streaming
- Understanding of containerized applications (like Docker) and container services (like Kubernetes or ECS)
- Good to have experience with document-based databases or search engines, like Elasticsearch or MongoDB
- Experience with Linux required
- Experience with AWS will be a great plus!
